mattel may reason that since the LE outfits really made by PC that rereleasing these outfits made by mattel would be o.k. cause it's made by their company and thus different in how little ways that may be.i've seen other company's do this when they buy out a anouther company-they rerelease special LE items and advertise them as"special and newly revised". or sometimes a company will do it themselves like what ty did with their beanie babies-they had several animals that were indentical except 4 a few minor differences with tails,eyes,hair,etc.and some of these animals were released after the other look alikes had beed retired!
